Architecture and city planning – political and legal aspects, land use development, and urban policy

In the Reference library, the subjects of land use development, urban policy, and city planning are each represented by a collection of around 200 documents; around a hundred documents focus more specifically on city planning law. Another hundred or so documents cover all aspects of real estate.

From a more practical perspective, the status of architects is covered by around a hundred documents, as is the combined subject of the legal and career aspects of architecture and construction.

Most of the Reference library’s documents on these subjects are in French; one fifth are in English.

Official publications are a key source of information when studying these fields.
