Law - Digital resources

The collections of books and print journals held in both the Reference and Research libraries are supplemented by French and foreign electronic journals and online versions of leading encyclopedias.

In addition, in the Research library, a large number of legal CD-ROMs (e.g. Formulaire commenté procédure civile, Juridisques Lamy), DVD-ROMs, and electronic periodicals are available for consultation on specific computers in room P.

The 'Europe' portal

Portail Europe
The 'Europe' portal is the online medium dedicated to collections about EU available in Room D. It proposes a selection of resources about current EU political, economic and institutional affairs. For each topic, websites, digital documents or videos go with reading suggestions. A 'Debates' page offers a critical approach concerning major European issues.

The Guide to Official Publications of the European Union proposes a selection of the most useful and current publications issued by its institutions. It reviews printed as well as online information sources et enables readers to find documents created by institutions and organs of the Union: legal texts, reports, studies, and statistical data.

The 'Guide des publications officielles françaises' (Guide to French Official Publications) aims to facilitate the access to documents published by the legislative and executive powers but also by legal entities under public law connected to these powers. Most of the time, these publications are either periodicals, bulletins or directories. Links provided in this guide direct users either towards online websites and resources or towards bibliograpical notes contained in the catalogue général de la BnF.
