Software

The library’s software collections cover software developed to perform a broad range of tasks in an extremely wide variety of fields.
The collection includes the following:

• operating systems such as MS-DOS on diskette and Windows Vista on DVD-ROM
• utilities (e.g. the ZoneAlarm security suite) 
• office applications such as word processors (e.g. Word) 
• computer-aided design (CAD) software (e.g. TurboCAD), audio processing applications (e.g. Audio Cleanic 2006 Deluxe), and image processing software (e.g. Photo Pro) 
• software focusing on creative expression (e.g. Scénario pro 2 : la solution d'aide à l'écriture)
  

A large proportion of the software held is aimed at a very broad audience (e.g. Mon livre de cave published by Hachette). Conversely, others are intended for very specific professional use (e.g. Multi devis du bâtiment 2007 published by Ciel).
