The manufacture of products is launched only after payment. The minimum charge for each order is 6.00 € (VAT excl.).

Delivery and shipping costs

Downloading digital products
An e-mail is sent to the customer’s personal account, under the section “Orders” when the product is available. The customer can download these products during two weeks. This delivery service is free of charge.
Other reproduction orders (photocopies, art reproduction, roll of microfilm) can be sent by postal mail (at current parcel post rates) or to an FTP server.
For digital products, the customer can also ask for a reproduction on CD that will be sent under the same conditions.

To be noted

The products are sent to the customer as soon as they are manufactured. As a result, if an order concerns several products, the parcels might be sent separately without any additional charge.

Urgent requests / priority service
Urgent requests can be answered in priority in return for a 100% additional charge and within a negotiated period of time.
Express delivery
At the Department reception desk, you can order A4 art reproductions or digital images of documents available in the picture collection, in one hour.
