Estimate request by form

If documents cannot be ordered online or are not mentioned in the Catalogue général, if you encounter difficulties in your search, an estimate request form is available. We will treat your request rapidly. Please use this form rather than any request sent by postal mail or e-mail.

Following your request, an estimate is established by our librarians. If your request concerns documents housed in different departments, you may receive several spaced estimates. The manufacture of the product is launched after payment but requires prior approval from the Director of the Department housing the collection.

Other modalities of estimate request

You can also write to the Reproduction Department by postal mail, fax or e-mail or submit it in person at one of the two reception desks. You should provide detailed bibliographic references of documents and specify the kind of service and format you would prefer.
