The Performing Arts department holds the collection put together by mime artist Maurice Farina, materials on actor and mime artist Etienne Decroux (texts, reviews, lectures, etc.), creator of the Mimos Peter Bu festival, and costumes.
The Opera Library owns a series of works on the techniques of mime, most of which date from the 19th century. It also holds an extensive collection arising from the personal collections of famous mime artist Georges Wague (1874-1965).
