The official French National Bibliography, created by the Bibliothèque nationale de France on the basis of legal deposit materials, is accessible online.
Online access makes it possible:
to access bibliographic records free of charge, and
to download records individually, in UNIMARC ISO 2709 format.
Three search methods are offered for each issue:
index browsing (authors, titles, subjects, etc.);
browsing by classification scheme;
Google searching, using the Search tab at the upper right of the page.
