This workshop introduces the use of visual AI for collections management, description, access and research.
Aimed at both technical and non-technical users it provides a hands-on introduction to open-source tools created by Oxford’s Visual Geometry Group (VGG) for visual search, classification, comparison and annotation.

Cet événement a été organisé en ligne et à Paris en décembre 2021 par l’Université Paris-Saclay et la Bibliothèque nationale de France, avec la communauté ai4lam.

This online workshop was scheduled as a satellite workshop before « Futurs fantastiques », the 3rd international conference about artificial intelligence(AI) in libraries, archives and museums.
This event was organised online and in Paris, in December 2021, by the National library of France (BnF) as a member of the ai4lam community, and in collaboration with Paris-Saclay University’s libraries.
